1/2 cup lime juice ( 3 or 4 limes )
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt ( to test )
2 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pappe
1 1/2 lbs peeled shrimp
1- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice , sugar and salt together . Place canola oil in a skillet, and turn the heat to hight , a minute later add the minced garlic until it just turn to brown then add the lime juice mixture all at once , and cook until it reduce by half there should be about 1/4 cup of liquid lime juice in the skillet.
2- Add the shrimp , and cook over hight heat . The shrimp will give off liquid of there own and begin to turn pink , after about 2 minutes stire content of pan. Continue cooking until all the shrimp are pink about 4 minutes totale
Now it's time you can serve it with rice .
