Advice for Stress or Sitting Disease

Please give us your advice about either managing stress or preventing "Sitting disease".

    you should sleep a long time or talk your best friend or old sisters. after that, your feeling will better and carm or maybe can find solution.

  2. I thing, to prevent stress, there are many resolutions :
    Relaxing, doing many exercices ( sport, gym, yoga pratics : very good for stress, walking, traveling it's good for siprit and mind.
    Finally, not thinking more and swimming improve capacity, circulation strength, muscular endurance.

  3. My adivce today to prevent sitting disease is walking 30 minutes every day , running on the spot , ridding the bike and using stairs instead of Elvator .

  4. You should do1/2 hour exercise everyday .you should do everything moderation.If you work at a desk ,you should move ten minutes every hour.

  5. Here is my advice about managing stress.First,more laugh can relax mucles and make me confortable.second, talk sbout what stress you with your friends.Third,listen to music ,music is magical to make you happy.Forth,do not think anything you worry about .

  6. I manage my stress levels by high blood pressure .I usually ride a bike,walk on the street,play the ping-pong with my grandsons. And I am relaxing and I eat less salt everyday.

  7. My advice about sitting disease you should go for walk and do some exercises at home or play soccer or go uot with friends

  8. My advice about streess:don't think too much;talking with my best friend;do something I like for example watch TV,Yoga,massage...play with my daughter outside is my happiest thing.while I see my daughter happy laughing, so I don't streess,so happy.

  13. Get upStretch and move around for ten minutes every hour.Peoplesould gotoWalking Execises Lising music Watching moves and TV.They have meetings choose a different time to stand to reading bookand news papers change yourposition as your work and life.
